Student and Exchanged Visitor Program (SEVP)
Northpoint University is approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to accept, enroll, and issue Form I-20 to international students through the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
Under Section 101(a)(15)(F)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the following programs are approved: Certificate of Missional Leadership, Bachelor of Christian Education, Master of Christian Education, and Doctor of Theology.

Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE)
Northpoint University holds applicant status with the Association for Biblical Higher Education Commission on Accreditation (5850 T. G. Lee Blvd., Ste. 130, Orlando, FL 32822, 407.207.0808). Applicant status is a pre-membership status granted to those institutions that meet the ABHE Conditions of Eligibility and that possess such qualities as may provide a basis for achieving candidate status within five years.
State of Washington
Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC)
The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) has determined that Northpoint University qualifies for religious exempt status from the Degree-Granting Institutions Act for the following programs: Bachelor of Christian Education, Master of Christian Education, and Doctor of Missional Leadership. The Council does not evaluate the administration, faculty, business practices, financial condition, or the quality of the educational offerings of Northpoint University.

State of Virginia
Northpoint University is registered with the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a religious institution, Northpoint University is exempt from state regulation and oversight in Virginia.
State of Florida
The Florida Department of Education Commission has accepted the affidavit provided by Northpoint Christian University as having complied with Section 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes pursuant to religious institutions. Northpoint Christian University has met the requirements of state law and is not subject to governmental oversight.
State of Texas
Northpoint University is registered with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board in the State of Texas.
